Biography

International prize-winning pianist Gregory Wang thrives as soloist, collaborator, and chamber musician. The last teaching assistant of renowned Beaux Arts Trio pianist Menahem Pressler, he has performed in venues such as the Kennedy Center and Severance Hall in Cleveland. His performing projects venture into the realms of Baroque, jazz, gospel, and even other instruments. As creative director of the Ensemble Polygon, he organizes concert programs that fuse classics with undiscovered treasures, bringing varied, colorful repertoire to venues in southeast Germany. As founder of chiarina media, he provides broadcast-quality music media to other up-and-coming musicians in the area, aiming to raise the general level and quality of exposure for other young artists.
